A friend of mine asked me to put a promotional picture for his band's latest album above their Myspace Profile, so that it would appear at the very top of the page. Click Here to view it.

I noticed that a bunch of the code generators online didn't work and splattered their banners and links in the code.

So this is how I did it:

1. Log into Myspace and Edit your profile (For Music Profiles only)
2. Edit Musician Profile >> Edit Musician Bio

I put the code in the musician Bio area but, it shouldn't matter where you put it.

3. Important: The code below is for an image that is 850x567, so you will have to modify it to match your image.

4. Inside the body{...} code, you will see "padding-top:567px;", change 567 to height of your image. So if your image's height is 600px, then you would replace "567px" with "600px"

5. Inside of the .topImageClass{...} code, you will see a few lines of code that you will need to change.

a. height:567px, will needed to be changed to the height of your image. So if your image's height is 500px, then you will change "height:567px" to "height:500px"

b. width:850px, will needed to be changed to width of your image. So if your image's width is 500px, then you will change "width:850px" to "width:500px"

c. margin-left:425px, will needed to be changed to HALF of the width of your image. So in my example, the width of my image is 850px, so 850 / 2 = 425, hence margin-left:425px. So if your image's width is 600px, then you would replace "margin-left:425px" with "margin-left:300px".
