Error while exporting to Quicktime in Adobe Premiere Pro CS3

Have you ever tried to export a movie to quicktime while using Premiere Pro CS3? I have, and I got an error "Error compiling movie. Unable to create or open output file."
Basically the latest version of Quicktime has some issues with it. So I downloaded a previous version of Quicktime, installed it and then tried to export and it worked without a problem.
Heres the version of quicktime I downloaded. This the version for windows.
